Private task chat
Sign in to your EarnGo account, then open Task chat. Your conversation is shared with the EarnGo team, and other members cannot view it. You can send text and JPG, PNG, or WebP images up to 5 MB each.
Replies appear in your conversation when the team responds. Do not send your password, OTP, seed phrase, or private key.

Use account recovery to request help with your login.
Useful information to include

- The task or withdrawal involved.
- A short description of what happened.
